Yara El Hayek Welcomes You

I’ve been practicing with Yara for 4 months now and my progress has been surreal. She has a way of pushing you beyond what you think both your body and mind are capable of doing. She adjusts and deepens every posture with impeccable attention to detail. Her flows are perfectly structured, as if she knows exactly what your body needs! What stood out for me the most is the incorporation of the philosophy of yoga in each of our sessions, making sure your body, mind and soul are all benefitting from the practice.

I began attending Yara’s classes in September 2021 at Sarvam Studio in Beirut, around the same time I got back into yoga. Yara is very personable; she is an excellent teacher who caters to students from all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. She checks in with her students and challenges them while respecting their individual journeys. She also has a unique presence and shows dedication to her class and practice. I’ve really enjoyed being her student and appreciate all the guidance she has offered.
