My Journey

"the longest journey of any person is the journey inward"

I am a Yoga teacher and a Water & Environmental Engineer. I discovered yoga a few years ago and fell in love, leading me to leave my 9-year engineering career for a higher purpose:

Teaching and spreading the joy of Yoga.

I began practicing yoga regularly in 2019 alongside a demanding corporate job, seeking to enhance my well-being. The feeling of floating in bliss during Savasana kept drawing me back to the practice. Observing the positive transformations in my body and the therapeutic effects of yoga, I decided to evolve as a yogi by undertaking my Yoga teacher training. I immediately became hooked as I discovered the philosophy and spiritual aspects of Yoga. Since then, I have been on a journey to understand the body-mind connection, giving me a sense of contentment. The more I learned and grew as a yogi, the more my passion turned to spreading the joy of yoga, sharing the practice I love, and the feeling of bliss with the people around me.

I completed 200 hours of Registered Hatha Yoga teacher training in 2020 and 200 hours of Registered Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in 2021. Immediately upon completing the teacher training programs, I started teaching private and public yoga classes, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, and Ashtanga, in Beirut's leading yoga studios and gyms.

In 2022, I moved to Dubai, where I now reside and have been a regular Ashtanga practitioner at the Shala Dubai. Diving into the Ashtanga method, in summer 2023 I began my studies at the source of Ashtanga Yoga, Sharath Yoga Center. I am currently assisting Nathalie Daou KPJAYI Authorized Level 2 in the Mysore classes, along with teaching Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga classes.

Practicing Yoga with me will allow students to flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and Asanas, linking breath with movement, building strength, and endurance, along with flexibility to discover more spaces in the body, mind, and breath.

I aim to spread the practice and lifestyle of yoga to help people experience the life-changing benefits that I have personally embraced.
