Zoga Yoga
Half Led Ashtanga

Half Primary Ashtanga yoga is a short form of the Full Primary series which follows a set sequence of postures combined with a deep controlled breathing. It is an ideal practice for beginners to build strength and flexibility.

Afternoon Mysore
Wednesday PM: 4:30-6:00
Friday PM: 4:30-6:00

Zoga Yoga/The Shala Dubai

Mysore style is the traditional way to learn Ashtanga. It engages students in an individualized practice in a group setting with one-on-one guidance from the teacher as needed.  This class allows for each student to move at their own pace and to receive adjustments from the teacher.

Vinyasa / Hot Vinyasa Yoga
Wednesday AM: 10:00-11:15
Friday PM: 6:30-7:45
Saturday AM: 11:15-12:30

Zoga Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a freestyle yoga flow (practiced in a heated room if Hot Vinyasa style). This class is dynamic and sweaty, suitable for beginner to intermediate students, focusing on strength to build up towards a peak pose, followed by a nice stretching and a relaxed Savasana.

Gentle Vinyasa yoga
Tuesday PM: 5:00- 6:00

FitnGlam gym (Mirdif)

Vinyasa yoga is a freestyle yoga flow. This class is gentle yet dynamic focusing on strength and flexibility suitable for beginners.
